Cabin Charter
Even if you are single or
only a couple and do wish to enjoy gullet chartering, you can book a cabin
on a gulet which does set tours along the Turkish coast. Individuals or
small groups are combined with other passengers and you would be
sailing up to 12 persons on a gulet.
All tours which are offered
here take place on Standard-Yachts, the traditional Bodrum-built GULET. All yachts
are between 18 - 26 meters length, these vessels accommodate between 12 and 20 guests
in 6 to 10 cabins. The cabins have en-suite WC & showers. (Hot & cold). There
is a music set, VHF Radiotelephone and a dinghy on each yacht, but in
general no air condition.
Crew consists of a captain, cook and a deckshand. An exact yacht’s name can
not be available until 1 day before departure, as numbers of bookings come
in often late. This works well over the years like a cooperative and we advice you
to give us your mobile phone that we stay in contact to give you captain's number and boat name.
The crew aboard our Gulets and yachts often do not have a foreign language
mastered, but they almost always know a few ’every-day’ phrases and are
able to understand almost all requests.

Terms and Conditions
- Weekly prices above are in EURO and are for one person in a double cabin on a Full Board basis.(Itinerary number 8 is on Half Board basis).
- Single Supplement is 60%.
- No child discount is available in any itinerary. No children under the age of 12 are allowed.
- Embarkation is at 15:30 hours onwards, disembarkation is by 10:00 hours.
- Meals begin with dinner on the day of embarkation, and end with breakfast on the day of disembarkation.
- As the first and last day are transfer days ovenighting is done at the Harbour.
- The captain on board sets the times of daily departures and other activities on board
according to the common wishes of the passengers. Certain changes on route may take
place for the convenience and safety of the passengers according to the weather conditions.
Included in the prices
- Full Board accommodation: Breakfast, lunch - afternoon tea - coffee, cookies
and dinner.(Except itinerary number 8 as it is on Half Board basis).
- All charter & berth taxes, Harbour & Port procedures.
- Transit log & related formalities for the shipping agents.
- Mooring expenses.
- Crew service.
- Ship water.
- Diesel & Gasoline expenses.
- Clean bed linen and bath towels on arrival (Beach towels are not provided).
- Use of equipment on board. (Flippers, snorkel and fishing tackle etc).
- Yacht insurance (We advise you to take out your own individual travel insurance).
- V.A.T.
- On Greek Islands Itineraries;
• Harbour taxes and mooring fees in foreign waters for the yacht.
• All port procedures & custom expenses in foreign waters for the yacht.
Not included in the prices
- Alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages including bottled water. These can be purchased from the bar on board.
- Optional land tours and entrance fees to historical places and museums.
- Individual customs on arrival and departure in Turkey & also Greece.
- Airport Transfers.
Payment
- 50 % of the total has to be payed before the reservation is confirmed.
- The balance is to be payed 4 weeks prior to the embarkation.
Cancellation
- For bookings
cancelled between 90 and 60 days prior to embarkation, the charterer will be
liable for 30% of the total charter fee.
- For bookings cancelled between
59 and 31 days prior to embarkation, the charterer will be liable for 50%
of the total charter fee.
- For bookings cancelled less than 31 days prior to
embarkation, the charterer will be liable for the total charter fee.
